For the Return Policy, all guns must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Unused items approved for return must be within 14 days of the date received for online store credit only. Delivery time frame depends on what shipping method is chosen. All shipping time frames are from the date in which the order leaves the facility and not from the time in which the order is placed. Effective January 1, 2020, California law requires age verification for airsoft guns and/or airgun purchases shipped and delivered within California. All International Orders will have to clear customs and Modern Airsoft has no control over the length of time it takes to clear customs or get to its destination once it leaves the facility. International orders take 3-5 additional business days to ship after processing due to extra compliance requirements.
